Strong Middle Freelance Recruiter

We're expanding our network of freelance recruiters to help us find great people for our projects and clients.
 

What you'll do

• Source and prospect candidates for open positions, from Junior to C-level
• Run initial screening interviews and present qualified candidates
• Move candidates through to the technical stage in close collaboration with our internal recruitment team
• Keep candidates engaged and informed throughout the hiring process

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment, ideally in tech, product or outsourcing/outstaffing companies
• A strong professional network of IT specialists and the ability to reach passive candidates through it
• Solid sourcing skills (LinkedIn, Djinni, DOU, GitHub, referrals)
• Ability to assess candidates' technical background at the screening level
• Upper-Intermediate (B2+) to Advanced (C1) English
• Independence, reliability and transparent communication
