Roblox Game Designer / UX Reviewer
We are looking for an experienced Game Designer with strong Roblox expertise to review our live Roblox game and provide direct, actionable feedback before we significantly scale user acquisition.
The game combines RTS and Tower Defense gameplay with heroes, a ranked ladder, and friend duels. It is already publicly available, and we want an experienced designer to evaluate the experience from the perspective of a completely new Roblox player.
This is not a general playtest. We need someone who understands what makes successful Roblox experiences work, especially around onboarding, pacing, retention, social features, visuals, UI, and monetization.

- Analyze the lobby, onboarding, gameplay, presentation, and overall player experience
- Compare the experience with current Roblox standards and successful experiences on the platform
- Identify points of confusion, boredom, friction, or potential player drop-off
- Provide clear and honest recommendations for improvement
