Product UI/UX Designer

About the Project:

We are building a decentralized Web3 lottery platform powered by smart contracts and transparent on-chain mechanics. The system combines blockchain logic, backend services, and a modern web interface to ensure secure ticket processing, verifiable randomness, and automated prize distribution.

What you’ll do:

— Design and improve UI/UX for lottery, gaming, and engagement-driven product experiences
— Design interface components and user flows for lottery participation, user accounts, and related product features
— Maintain and extend the existing design system and UI kit
— Prepare responsive layouts for web and mobile screens
— Create UI assets for tickets, event screens, winner screens, and promotional flows
— Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
— Apply UX best practices to improve usability, engagement, and overall product experience
— Contribute to Web3 flows such as wallet connection and transaction steps
— Work with the design team through Jira and Confluence to organize tasks, documentation, and design-related workflows
— Create motion and micro-interactions to make interfaces more engaging and intuitive

Requirements:

— 2+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer
— Strong portfolio with product or web interface examples
— Experience in iGaming, lottery, or gaming products
— Proficiency in Figma (components, variants, auto-layout, prototyping)
— Experience with motion design and UI animations
— Understanding of gamification mechanics and user engagement patterns
— Good understanding of layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and responsive design
— Strong attention to detail and consistency
— Experience working with Jira and Confluence
— Comfortable working remotely in a distributed team

Nice to have:

— Experience with Web3 products or blockchain interfaces
— Experience in fintech platforms
— Experience with pixel art
— Basic HTML/CSS understanding
— Experience designing engagement-driven interfaces
