🧩 About the Position

We are looking for an experienced n8n Developer for a long-term client project in the e-commerce industry, focused on developing and supporting automation systems.

This is an outstaff engagement, meaning you will work on our client's project as part of their team.

In this role, you will work with n8n, APIs, webhooks, JavaScript, and AI/LLM integrations, building reliable automation workflows and troubleshooting issues in existing processes.

The collaboration is expected to continue for 6+ months, with an involvement of 30+ hours per week.

🚀 About the Role

The main focus of the role is developing and supporting automation workflows for an e-commerce business.

Initially, you will work in a test environment, where you will develop and improve n8n processes before they are used further.

Practical experience with n8n and integrations is especially important for this role. As part of the selection process, candidates will be asked to briefly demonstrate their own real-world n8n processes.

🔧 Responsibilities

• Create and maintain automation workflows in n8n.
• Build integrations using APIs and webhooks.
• Work with JavaScript within n8n workflows.
• Integrate AI/LLM capabilities into automation processes.
• Troubleshoot and fix errors in automation workflows.
• Work with multiple records within workflows.
• Implement delayed responses and actions.
• Set up appropriate logic for workflow failures and errors.
• Develop and test processes in a test environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with n8n.
• Experience creating and maintaining real-world automation workflows.
• Experience working with APIs and webhooks.
• Knowledge of JavaScript in the context of automation.
• Experience with or practical understanding of AI/LLM integrations.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve workflow errors.
• Understanding of working with multiple records within workflows.
• Experience with delayed responses and error-handling scenarios.
• Willingness to record a Loom video demonstrating your real-world n8n processes.

🎥 Loom Video

One of the key criteria for the client is a short practical demonstration of your n8n experience.

You will be asked to record a Loom video of up to 5 minutes showing your own real-world n8n processes.

The video should briefly demonstrate:

• Integrations you have built.
• Processing of multiple records.
• Delayed responses.
• What happens when a workflow fails or an error occurs.
