SEO Specialist (Google, crypto/fintech)

We're building several crypto products and looking for an SEO specialist to own organic growth in Google across international markets.

Responsibilities
Technical audits and ongoing site monitoring: indexing, Core Web Vitals, site structure, structured data, hreflang. Keyword research and clustering across multiple languages and regions. Writing specs for developers and copywriters and making sure they're implemented. Link profile management: strategy, outreach, and donor quality control. Competitor analysis in the crypto niche. Reporting on visibility, traffic, and conversions.

Requirements
3+ years of Google SEO, preferably in crypto, fintech, or another highly competitive YMYL niche. Confident with GA4, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs. Enough technical SEO knowledge to write solid specs for developers: JS rendering, SPA/SSR, redirects, canonicalization. Experience with multilingual and multi-regional SEO. English at B2 or higher. You measure your impact in numbers, not in a list of completed tasks.

Nice to have
Experience using AI tools for SEO and automating reports. Link building in the crypto niche. Basic SQL or Python.
