Requirements:
We are looking for a candidate who:

• has basic understanding of how websites and CMS platforms work;
• is confident using a computer and web-based tools;
• is able to work carefully with content, text, links, images, and page layouts;
• has strong attention to detail;
• can follow instructions, checklists, and established processes;
• is willing to learn basic CMS management, content publishing, internal linking, metadata, and website quality checks;
• can identify an issue and clearly describe or escalate it when unable to resolve it independently;
• has basic experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT and understands the importance of checking AI-generated results;
• is responsible, organized, and comfortable working with repetitive operational tasks;
• is open to feedback and motivated to grow into a Junior Webmaster role.

Basic HTML/CSS knowledge, previous experience with WordPress or another CMS, and an understanding of basic SEO principles would be considered an advantage but are not mandatory.
 

Responsibilities:

• Publish and update content in CMS according to prepared instructions and checklists.
• Format text, links, images, and standard content blocks before publication.
• Perform basic page updates and keep website content relevant and up to date.
• Add internal links and basic metadata according to provided requirements.
• Check pages on desktop and mobile and report visual or functional issues.
• Update homepage and other content blocks according to defined rules.
• Work with basic media and social embeds when required.
• Perform routine website maintenance tasks under the supervision of a more experienced specialist.
• Use AI tools for basic operational tasks and always verify generated results before implementation.
• Clearly report blockers, errors, and unclear cases to the responsible specialist.

• Follow team processes, publishing standards, and project-specific instructions.
