Senior Course Producer / Learning Product Manager

Reelly AI is a B2B platform in the real estate sales sector that has become one of the market leaders in the UAE in just four years. More than 74,000 agents have registered on the platform. We help them find up-to-date information on more than 2,000 projects from developers in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Ras Al Khaimah.

Our business is selling data and access to our proprietary AI ecosystem. It helps developers see supply and demand in real time, understand agents’ needs, and make commercial decisions faster.

We work with international companies, including those from India, Pakistan, and the United Kingdom, that operate in the UAE. We are preparing for international expansion in cooperation with government partners. Our goal is to attract one million agents over the next three years.

I am writing this job posting personally. My name is Vitalii Ryzhak, and I am the founder and CEO of Reelly AI.

Recently, the real estate market in the region has experienced significant stress. For us, this period has become a catalyst for growth: developers have started digitizing their processes more actively, and we have received a large influx of new contracts. That is why I am resuming the search for new talent to join our team.

Your role: Expert-Led Online Education (English-speaking market)

Create practical English-language online learning products for international real estate agents, together with credible market leaders and external experts. You will own the journey from a validated learning need to a launched course and measurable improvement, combining instructional design, expert production, and project management. The courses should help agents work better, support our marketing funnel, and lead to meaningful adoption of Reelly.

What you will do

• Research the audience, interview agents, and identify real work problems worth solving through education.
• Define learning outcomes, curriculum, lesson formats, practical exercises, and assessments that show learners can apply what they learn.
• Work with the founder and partnerships to source relevant experts, assess their fit, conduct interviews, and build productive relationships.
• Turn expert knowledge into clear English scripts, real estate cases, learning materials, and useful tasks. Guide experts through preparation, recording, and review.
• Manage production scope, budgets, timelines, dependencies, and quality. You will coordinate video, design, growth and technical contributors.
• Publish courses in an LMS and check the complete learner journey, including access, navigation, assignments, feedback, and completion.
• Collaborate with Growth on positioning, launch, and distribution, and with Product on useful connections between learning and meaningful product activation.
• Track learning outcomes, completion, drop-off, feedback, and relevant product behavior. Use the evidence to improve the course after launch.

What we need

• A portfolio of 2–3 launched courses, with a clear explanation of your personal contribution. Include at least one English-language course created for an international audience.
• Hands-on experience working with external experts: extracting knowledge, structuring it, managing feedback, and bringing the course to launch.
• Practical instructional design skills for adult learners, including outcomes, sequencing, exercises, assessment, and clear explanations.
• C1 English or an equivalent practical level for independently interviewing experts, writing scripts, and editing learning materials.
• End-to-end project management: realistic scoping, budgets, contributor coordination, dependencies, and delivery decisions.
• Experience with LMS publishing and learning analytics, with the ability to turn learner feedback and data into improvements.

Nice to have

Professional adult education, PropTech, real estate or sales education, and education-led growth. Experience using AI to accelerate research and production with careful human review.

Your first 90 days

Validate one priority learning problem, agree on the outcomes, and develop a prototype. Plan and deliver an appropriately scoped pilot, subject to available resources and expert availability, then review the evidence and recommend what to improve or expand.
