Salesforce Developer (Health Cloud / Integrations)

We're looking for a Salesforce Developer with experience in patient management solutions and integrations.

Must-have:

• hands-on experience configuring and customizing Patient Connect or similar patient management solutions on core Salesforce (patient access, services, workflows)
• hands-on project experience with Salesforce Health Cloud or Life Sciences Cloud
• Salesforce configuration: Flows, data model, permission sets, sharing
• strong Apex: REST callouts, Named Credentials, Queueable/Batch
• REST API integrations with external systems
• spoken English for daily communication

Nice to have:

• FHIR / HL7
• understanding of HIPAA and PHI handling
• Salesforce certifications (PD1, PD2, Health Cloud Accredited Professional)

Working hours: partial overlap with US Pacific Time, working until 21:00-22:00 Kyiv time.

We offer long-term remote cooperation on a contract basis.
