About the role

We're looking for a solid junior-to-mid Salesforce developer. This is not a short project - it's steady, long-term work with a consistent load. Most months you'll be working close to full-time, with the exact hours flexing between 6 and 8 per day depending on demand.

The work is split across two departments, and understanding this split matters:

• Primary department (~6 hours/day): Your main home base. Steady, predictable work here forms the core of your day.
• Secondary department (variable, ~2–3 hours/day): Lighter and less predictable. Some days it needs a few hours of your time, some days more, and some days nothing at all.

We're looking for a hands-on Salesforce Implementer to join the company's Business Applications team. Solutions are already defined — this is a build-only role: you'll implement, configure, and automate business processes in Salesforce and supporting tools, and provide day-to-day operational support to users. You'll work as an individual contributor on a team of five implementers.
 

What You'll Do:

• Implement and configure already-defined solutions in Salesforce: objects, fields, layouts, profiles, permissions, and declarative automation (Flows, validation rules)

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise / Domain Architect to join a strategic customer data transformation initiative for a large-scale retail business.

This role is focused on designing and driving the architecture for Customer Data Foundations, including a Single Customer View and enhanced 360-degree customer view using the Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate is a hands-on architect with strong experience in customer data platforms, data governance, CRM, and marketing technology.

Responsibilities

• Define and document current and target architecture, including clear solution blueprints for each programme phase.
• Own the architectural roadmap for customer data foundations and customer 360 capabilities.
