We are a Ukrainian outsourcing company Join.To.IT, founded in 2012, delivering software solutions across diverse business domains.

We are looking for a Project Manager who will take ownership of multiple client projects, coordinate development teams, ensure smooth delivery, and maintain strong communication with clients.

This role combines project delivery, client management, team coordination, and operational responsibility, so we are looking for someone who is comfortable managing several projects simultaneously and making decisions in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience as a Project Manager, Delivery Coordinator, Account/Project Manager, or in a similar client-facing role in IT outsourcing/outstaffing
• Experience managing multiple projects or contractors simultaneously (5–10+)
• English — Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher, with confidence in client communication
• Practical understanding of Agile/Scrum processes
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems, Jira, or other project tracking tools
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage risks, and make decisions under uncertainty
• Basic technical understanding of the software development lifecycle and web/mobile development (frontend, backend, mobile)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Experience with Excel/Google Sheets for operational and financial reporting
• Experience coordinating development teams and working with engineers, BA, and designers
• Basic leadership/team management experience

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple software development projects simultaneously
• Take ownership of projects from planning through delivery
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Manage client expectations, clarify requirements and priorities, and ensure alignment between business goals and project delivery
• Coordinate the work of developers, BA, designers, and other project participants
• Support Scrum processes: sprint planning, task prioritization, progress tracking, and delivery follow-ups
• Monitor project timelines, workload distribution, team allocation, risks, and blockers
• Maintain client communication through Upwork and other agreed channels
• Coordinate engineers working in outsourcing, outstaffing, and hybrid delivery models
• Monitor team performance, engagement, and overall project health
• Manage milestones, invoicing, and payment follow-ups
• Track project profitability, utilization, and delivery efficiency
• Maintain project and operational reporting using Excel and internal tools
• Participate in presale activities when needed: scope clarification and estimation coordination
• Identify opportunities to improve internal project management and delivery processes
