Project Manager / Project Coordinator

3DFrames is a product IT company specializing in the development of interactive 3D configurators for B2B clients.

We create web-based 3D solutions that help manufacturers present, configure, and sell complex products online.

We work with clients across European markets and are also developing our own SaaS platform for 3D configurators.

We are currently looking for a Junior+ Project Manager / Project Coordinator who will help coordinate the team, keep projects organized, track task delivery, and ensure smooth communication between the team and our clients.

Core Requirements
 

• 1+ year of commercial experience as a Project Coordinator, Junior Project Manager, Delivery Assistant, or in a similar role
• Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Good understanding of Agile / Scrum principles
• Experience with project and task management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Linear, or similar
• Understanding of backlog management, sprint planning, prioritization, and task boards
• Experience creating and describing tasks for development teams
• Basic understanding of user stories and acceptance criteria
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and agreements simultaneously
• Strong communication skills
• B2+ English for communication with international clients

Nice to have
 

• Experience working with international clients
• Experience coordinating several projects simultaneously
• Technical background or basic understanding of web development
• Experience with 3D, WebGL, or configurator projects
• Experience working in a product or SaaS company

Responsibilities
 

• Coordinate the work of developers, 3D designers, and QA engineers
• Track task statuses and delivery in the project management system
• Maintain a clear and up-to-date backlog and task boards
• Support task planning and prioritization
• Track deadlines and proactively identify risks and blockers
• Communicate with clients regarding project status, tasks, and next steps
• Organize and conduct online meetings with the team and clients
• Prepare short status updates and progress reports
• Create, clarify, and maintain tasks for the team
• Work with user stories and acceptance criteria
• Keep project documentation up to date
• Support sprint planning and the delivery process
• Make sure the team has all necessary information required to complete tasks efficiently
