We are looking for a 3D Generalist / Modeler who is confident in Blender, pays close attention to geometry and dimensions, and understands the specifics of preparing 3D assets for the web.

Core Requirements & Tech Stack

• 3+ years of commercial experience in 3D modeling / 3D production
• 2+ years of commercial experience working with Blender
• Strong 3D modeling skills with a focus on accurate dimensions, proportions, clean geometry, and correct UV layouts
• Experience working with technical drawings and creating models based on exact dimensions and references
• Experience creating and adjusting seamless textures using Photoshop, Affinity Photo, Substance Painter / Designer, or similar tools
• Good understanding of PBR materials and texturing workflows
• Understanding of LOW-POLY / MID-POLY modeling and optimization for WebGL / real-time environments
• Understanding of mesh optimization, texture resolution, and texture atlases
• Ability to maintain correct proportions, bevels, thicknesses, and other technical parameters when changing object dimensions
• Strong attention to detail when working with complex and technically accurate geometry
• Ability to independently analyze requirements, clarify missing details, and handle tasks from initial references to final delivery
• Up-to-date portfolio with relevant hard-surface, product, furniture, or architectural 3D models, where the quality of modeling, UVs, and textures can be evaluated
• English at B2 level or higher

Responsibilities
 

• Create accurate 3D models of buildings, furniture, construction elements, products, and other technical objects, including modeling based on technical drawings
• Create UV layouts, seamless textures, and realistic PBR materials for web-based 3D products
• Prepare and optimize geometry and textures for WebGL / real-time environments, maintaining the right balance between visual quality and performance
• Set up basic lighting and scenes for 3D configurators
• Analyze project requirements, technical specifications, and references, and clarify missing details when needed
• Prepare 3D assets according to specific project requirements, including models and components used in interactive instructions or configurators
• Maintain accurate dimensions, proportions, bevels, and construction details throughout the modeling process
• Collaborate with the team and implement feedback throughout the production process
• Communicate in English regarding project requirements, feedback, and clarifications when needed

Will Be a Plus

• Experience with Python scripting for Blender and automation of repetitive tasks
• Basic understanding of JavaScript / Three.js / WebGL and how 3D models are rendered in the browser
• Experience working with CAD systems, CAD files, or technical documentation
• Experience preparing and optimizing 3D assets specifically for web-based products or interactive configurators

We are looking for a Junior Three.js Developer to join our team and work on interactive 3D solutions for the web.

Core Requirements & Tech Stack

• Three.js, React, Redux, Redux-Saga, TypeScript
• 1+ years of relevant experience with Three.js, WebGL, or 3D graphics
• Basic understanding of 3D mathematics: vectors, matrices, and transformations
• Experience working with 3D models in GLTF / GLB / FBX / OBJ formats
• Understanding of Git and basic knowledge of GitHub / GitLab
• English sufficient for working with technical documentation

Responsibilities

• Develop 3D scenes, animations, and interactive elements using Three.js / WebGL
• Integrate 3D models into web projects, including preparation, optimization, and import of GLTF / FBX assets
• Work with textures, lighting, materials, and cameras
• Optimize 3D scenes for fast and efficient rendering in the browser
• Collaborate with developers, designers, 3D artists, and QA engineers
• Learn and apply new technologies and approaches in web-based 3D graphics
