Outbound Automation Specialist

Your future responsibilities include:

• Build and test automated outbound workflows using low-code/no-code tools and LLMs.
• Connect CRMs, data sources, and outreach tools via APIs and webhooks.
• Automate lead collection, data enrichment, validation, and trigger tracking based on sales criteria.
• Use LLMs to analyze lead data and personalize outreach messages.
• Set up and test multichannel outreach flows and GTM hypotheses.
• Monitor integrations, fix errors, and keep data quality high.
• Sync data with the CRM and set up tracking to measure how well the infrastructure performs.

Needed experience & skills:

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in automation, system integration, or a similar technical role (building, launching, and supporting workflows yourself).
• Good practical experience with n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar tools.
• Hands-on work with APIs, webhooks, and transferring data between platforms.
• Ability to build multi-step workflows with logic, branching, and error handling.
• Experience integrating AI/LLMs into workflows for specific practical tasks.
• Skills in structuring, validating, and cleaning data.
• Strong debugging skills — you can test, troubleshoot, and keep automations running smoothly.
• Ability to walk us through a workflow you’ve built, explaining the logic and technical choices.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
• Technical mindset, autonomy, and a focus on practical business results.
   

Nice to have skills:

• Basic SQL, Supabase, JavaScript, or Python.
• Prior experience automating sales, marketing, or CRM processes.
• Familiarity with B2B outbound (segmentation, sequences, qualification, meeting booking).
• Background in GTM, RevOps, or working at an automation agency.
