International Project Manager (Fintech)

## Responsibilities

• Manage client projects from request to delivery.
• Coordinate work between clients, internal teams and external partners.
• Work with company formation, licensing, banking / EMI onboarding, KYB and related fintech cases.
• Communicate with banks, EMIs, legal advisers, local providers and other service providers.
• Research jurisdictions, regulatory requirements and possible solutions for client requests.
• Maintain project timelines, priorities, documentation and client communication.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with international partners and providers.
• Implement AI & Automation processes defined by the company into front-office and project workflows.
• Identify repetitive work and processes that can be simplified or automated.

## Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience in fintech, international corporate services, licensing, banking / EMI onboarding or related professional services.
• Experience working with international clients and service providers.
• Understanding of KYB / KYC and corporate documentation.
• Experience building and implementing AI- and automation-based workflows in day-to-day business processes.
• C1 English.
• Strong communication, research and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage several client cases independently.
