Crypto Casino Product Manager

We’re looking for a Crypto Casino Product Manager to own and grow our casino product end-to-end — from understanding player behavior and market opportunities to shaping product strategy and driving measurable business results.

This is not a backlog-management role. We’re looking for someone who understands how crypto casino players think, deposit, play, engage, and return — and can turn those insights into better product decisions.

You’ll work closely with a Product Owner who owns backlog execution and delivery, while you focus on product direction, discovery, player experience, monetization, and overall business performance.

🎯 What you’ll own

• Shape and evolve the crypto casino product strategy and roadmap based on player behavior, market data, and business opportunities.
• Deeply understand the crypto casino player journey — from acquisition and first deposit to gameplay, retention, VIP engagement, and reactivation.
• Analyze player behavior, transactions, game performance, funnels, cohorts, and player segments to uncover growth opportunities.
• Own and improve key business metrics including GGR, NGR, conversion, retention, churn, ARPU, LTV, repeat deposits, reactivation, and bonus efficiency.
• Identify what drives revenue and profitability across payments, bonuses, game providers, VIP mechanics, and player lifecycle.
• Continuously explore the crypto gambling market: competitors, new casino mechanics, payment trends, player expectations, and emerging technologies.
• Improve critical journeys including registration, onboarding, KYC, crypto deposits and withdrawals, wallet experience, game discovery, bonuses, and personalization.
• Partner closely with Retention, VIP, Payments, Compliance, Analytics, and Engineering teams.
• Build and validate hypotheses through experiments and A/B tests, measure impact, and scale what works.

• Turn strategic opportunities into clear priorities and make sure product decisions translate into measurable business outcomes.

   

✅ What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in iGaming / online casino.
• Strong hands-on experience with crypto casino products — this is essential for the role.
• Deep understanding of crypto casino player behavior, deposits and withdrawals, wallets, currencies, and payment flows.
• Strong knowledge of casino mechanics: slots, live casino, bonuses, VIP, retention, reactivation, and player lifecycle.
• Strong analytical mindset and experience working with funnels, cohorts, behavioral data, revenue metrics, and experiments.
• Ability to connect player behavior with commercial performance and profitability.
• Strong UX mindset and experience reducing friction across high-impact player journeys.
• Ability to independently define priorities and make product decisions based on data and business impact.
• Comfortable working with SQL, analytics platforms, and casino back-office systems.

• High level of ownership and ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
