Support specialist

Hey, we’re looking for a Medical Support Specialist to join our remote team and help keep our client's operations running smoothly.
*Also it's important to note that the position could be part-time, so we can discuss it on a call. 

What you’ll do:

• Handle day-to-day support and operational tasks
• Process requests and follow established workflows
• Keep tasks, updates and results properly documented
• Check information and make sure nothing gets missed
• Communicate with team members when clarification is needed
• Flag issues, risks or anything that doesn’t look right
• Sometimes call our client's team and send follow-ups.
   

What we’re looking for:

• You’re attentive and comfortable with routine tasks
• You think logically and like working with clear processes
• You take responsibility for what you do and follow tasks through
• You can work independently without constant supervision
• You’re comfortable asking questions when something is unclear
• You can communicate clearly and keep information structured
• You work fast
• Your English is fluent (written and spoken) so you can communicate without fear with US citizens. 
   

The role is fully remote. The working schedule is flexible, but this position is mostly evening-oriented. Some tasks need to be done during the US team’s active hours, while others can be completed whenever it works best for you.

We don’t use time trackers or random screenshots. We care about the result, not about watching the clock.

Most of our processes are documented, so you won’t be left alone to figure everything out. At the same time, we value people who can think for themselves and suggest a better way when they see one.

And yes, mistakes happen. We’re all human. What matters to us is being honest about them, fixing them and learning from them.
