Director of Growth (iGaming. Canada, Australia, New Zealand)

We are building a new iGaming project for Canada, Australia and New Zealand and are looking for a Director of Growth to lead player traffic acquisition and drive sustainable growth across these markets.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can build an effective acquisition strategy, identify the right traffic sources and turn them into scalable growth channels.

What you’ll do:
• Develop and lead the player acquisition strategy for Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
• Build and scale traffic sources across affiliate partnerships, paid media, SEO and other relevant channels.
• Identify, test and grow new traffic opportunities, managing budgets and performance against business targets.
• Build relationships with affiliates, media buyers, SEO partners and other traffic providers.
• Negotiate and manage CPA, Revenue Share and hybrid deals.
• Track the full acquisition funnel, from traffic quality and conversion to player value and retention.
• Work closely with product, marketing and analytics teams to improve the player journey and acquisition performance.
• Use data and market insights to guide investment, optimize channel mix and support business growth.

What we’re looking for:
• Proven experience in growth, player acquisition or performance marketing within iGaming.
• A track record of building and scaling traffic acquisition channels.
• Strong knowledge of affiliate marketing and other performance-based traffic sources.
• Experience working with CPA, Revenue Share and hybrid commercial models.
• A data-driven approach to budgets, channel performance and optimization.
• Strong knowledge of Canada, Australia and New Zealand, or other Tier 1 markets.
• The ability to take ownership, move quickly and build in a developing project environment.
