HR Bussines Partner

As an HR Business Partner, you will be instrumental in aligning HR practices with business goals, working closely with Delivery engineering managers and other key stakeholders to implement a top-tier HR partnership approach. Your responsibilities will include leading HR initiatives that promote a high-performance culture, ensuring team members are engaged. Your responsibilities will include fostering a positive work environment, resolving personnel concerns, and acting as a regional HR expert in Ukraine  to personnel, managers and senior leadership. 

Skills and qualifications:

• 3+ years experience in an HR BP|People Partner role in international companies;
• 3+ years experience in the IT industry;
• Fluency in Ukrainian; English level of at least B2 is required
• Ability to solve moderate to complex problems; resourceful and takes initiative to seek internal and external resources;
• Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills;
• Proven ability to deliver full-cycle HR projects;
• Excellent communication skills, including public speaking and organizing HR events;
• Familiarity with cross-functional, cross-cultural team dynamics;
• Experience managing sensitive and confidential information;

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive HR best practices to support performance and growth;
• Serve as a trusted advisor on HR-related matters;
• Lead HR projects, performance reviews, and engagement surveys;
• Build retention strategies and foster team collaboration;
• Promote company culture and employer branding efforts locally;
• Respond to organizational changes and personnel needs by creating effective solutions for complaints and requests;
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local HR networks;
• Support benefits processes in Ukraine.
• Monitor HR risks and proactively identify potential legal, operational, or people-related issues.
