Motion Designer
About the Role
We are building next-generation Generative AI technology for the gaming industry, changing the way video advertising content is produced and scaled. Our technology can recreate and emulate game development environments, helping gaming companies generate video ads, new game levels, and game mechanics significantly faster and more efficiently.
By combining Generative AI with genetic machine learning models, the technology has already demonstrated strong results in collaboration with major gaming companies, including improvements of up to 10x in key performance metrics.
We are now looking for a Motion Designer to join the team and contribute to creating high-quality, engaging advertising content for mobile games.
Your Responsibilities
As a Motion Designer, you will:
- Work within Unity to create and optimize dynamic, engaging ads for mobile games.
- Utilize After Effects to enhance video ads, ensuring they are visually compelling and aligned with the marketing strategy.
- Collaborate closely with game developers and marketing teams to design high-quality assets for ad campaigns.
- Apply your artistic skills to elevate the aesthetic quality of the ads, balancing creativity with performance optimization.
Key Requirements
We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
- Proficiency in Unity: You should feel confident working within the Unity environment to create and modify assets for video ads.
- Experience with After Effects: Strong knowledge and usage of After Effects to create polished video content.
- Background in mobile game ads: At least 1 year of professional experience in producing ads for games, ideally mobile games.
- A creative mindset with artistic inclinations, bringing unique visual perspectives to the table.
- Bonus: You are an avid mobile gamer yourself, with a deep understanding of game mechanics and audiences.
