Junior SMM Manager (X/Twitter) – iGaming / Crypto

We are a crypto-native iGaming platform growing fast across global markets. We need someone who can match that energy on X (Twitter).

We're looking for a crypto-native SMM Manager who doesn't just manage social media – you are social media. You live on the timeline, you understand what makes Crypto Twitter tick, and you can turn a trending topic into a viral post before the rest of the market catches on. This is a creative role. You won't be executing someone else's content plan – you'll be building it, breaking it, and rebuilding it based on what's happening right now.
 

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Own the X (Twitter) presence – manage and grow one or more brand accounts, shaping voice, tone, and posting cadence.
• React to trends in real time – spot what's happening on CT and crypto news, and turn it into relevant, on-brand content fast.
• Create viral content – memes, threads, quote tweets, engagement bait, polls, hot takes – whatever works, you make it.
• Develop content strategy – build and iterate on a content calendar that balances planned posts with real-time trend-jacking.
• Drive community engagement – reply to mentions, engage with other accounts, build relationships with KOLs and CT personalities.
• Come up with creative ideas – brainstorm campaigns, stunts, collabs, and moments that get people talking.
• Track and report performance – monitor impressions, engagement rate, follower growth, and optimize based on data.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Design – brief designers on visual content, coordinate with the broader marketing team.
• ​​​​​​​Stay ahead of the timeline – you are our eyes and ears on CT. If something is about to trend, you know about it first.​​​​​​​

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

• 1+ year of hands-on experience managing X (Twitter) accounts in crypto, Web3, or iGaming.
• Deep understanding of Crypto Twitter culture – you know what "degen," "CT," "ape," and "ratio" mean and you use them unironically.
• Proven ability to create viral or high-engagement content (show us your best posts or accounts you've grown).
• Strong knowledge of crypto trends, narratives, and market cycles.
• Understanding of iGaming mechanics and audience.
• Excellent copywriting skills in English – sharp, witty, meme-literate.
• Experience with social media analytics and growth strategies.
• Self-starter mentality – you don't wait to be told what to post.
• A strong personal X (Twitter) account is a major plus (and can substitute for formal experience).
• It will be a plus:
• Experience creating visual content with AI tools (Midjourney, ChatGPT, Grok, Runway, etc.).
• Background in brand building and visual identity for social media.
• Experience managing multiple X (Twitter) accounts simultaneously.
• Knowledge of Telegram community management.
• Understanding of GambleFi and crypto iGaming verticals.
• Experience with X (Twitter) ads and promoted content.
• Video content creation skills (short-form, Reels, memes).
