Product Owner

We are looking for a Product Owner to research the business problems our clients face and turn findings into practical solutions. In this role, you will conduct in-depth research, analyze competitors and existing solutions, and identify the most promising approaches. You will work on solutions from scratch, starting with problem research and idea generation and continuing through creating interactive wireframes and prototypes, gathering feedback, validating solutions, and preparing them for development. Your work will cover a range of business challenges across different projects.

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or a similar role.
• Strong product discovery skills, including problem research, user research, market research, and competitor analysis.
• Ability to research business problems in depth, assess the reliability of sources, and turn findings into clear recommendations.
• Experience creating interactive wireframes and prototypes to demonstrate and test ideas.
• Ability to compare possible solutions, explain their benefits and limitations, and recommend an approach based on business needs.
• Practical experience using AI tools for research, analysis, or prototyping, and an understanding of where AI can add value to a proposed solution.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain findings and ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently when requirements are unclear and the problem needs further investigation.
• English level B2+ for research, communication, presentations, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Explore the business problems our clients face, including user needs, current processes, and business constraints.
• Conduct in-depth online research into these problems, existing solutions, competitors, and relevant market trends.
• Summarize findings, identify gaps in available information, and highlight assumptions that need validation.
• Propose practical solutions, compare alternatives, and recommend the most promising approaches.
• Create interactive wireframes and prototypes to demonstrate proposed solutions and gather feedback.
• Present research findings and recommendations clearly, explaining the reasoning behind each proposal.
• Test assumptions and refine concepts based on feedback from users and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and relevant specialists to assess feasibility.
