AI Engineer

Project Overview

Our client is looking for a complete team of 7 specialists with a strong academic and research background.

The team should consist of professionals who have experience with academic writing, scientific publications, and/or participation in Tier-1 academic conferences in the relevant field.

Team of 7 people

All team members must:

• Be based in Germany
• Good German
• Have experience in composing academic/scientific texts
• OR have experience participating in academic/scientific conferences, particularly Tier-1 conferences
• Have a minimum of 3 publications in the relevant field
• Strong research and analytical background
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team

Key requirements:

• Hands-on experience building AI agents and RAG pipelines
• Strong Python development skills and experience with REST APIs / FastAPI
• Experience with LangGraph, Agno, Google ADK or similar agentic frameworks
• Knowledge of LLMs, vector databases, embeddings, and AI evaluation
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP; Vertex AI / Gemini is a plus
  Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift, CI/CD
• Experience integrating AI solutions with APIs, external systems, and enterprise data
• Ability to build PoCs and scale them into production-ready AI solutions.
