Financial Analyst

We are an international product technology company that develops scalable B2B digital platforms.

We are looking for a Financial Analyst who can transform data into meaningful business decisions. If you enjoy analyzing financial performance, identifying trends, and supporting product growth through data-driven insights, we would be happy to get to know you.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Assist with end-to-end preparation of P&L, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet reports: monitor and reconcile daily Cash Flow against actual balances, covering operating, investing, and financing activities, maintain the Balance Sheet, ensuring accurate reporting of assets, liabilities, and shareholders' equity. 

- Detailed review of the Platforms reports in terms of deviations, unusual charges from all 3rd party providers

- Maintain a company-wide register of all recurring services/subscriptions used at company level and by individual departments;

- Own a specific ERP module/workstream: define requirements together with the Lead, execute ad-hoc requests, and validate functionality and data-migration accuracy before rollout

- Design and own the audit approach for marketing-related payments, prioritizing review of high-risk / high-value payments to ensure compliance with approved budgets

- Execute ad-hoc financial analyses, reporting requests, and special assignments as requested by management, ensuring timely delivery, accuracy, and alignment with business objectives.

It's a match if you have:

– 2+ years of experience in Financial Analysis, Financial Controlling, Business Analysis, or a related field.
– Experience working in product companies, FinTech, or other digital business environments.
– Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, and complex formulas.
– Experience working with Tableau, Power BI, or other business intelligence tools.
– Understanding of key product, customer, operational, and financial performance indicators.
– Experience preparing financial analyses and management reports.
– Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a structured approach to work.
– Ability to work with large datasets and meet established deadlines.
– A proactive mindset and a strong desire to continuously learn and develop.
