Game Product Owner (Slots)

Dream Play is looking for a Product Owner to help shape strong gaming products, lead them from concept to release, and coordinate cross-functional teams.

We are looking for someone who has a strong understanding of iGaming and slot products, is comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment, adapts quickly to change, and communicates confidently with the CEO and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define the product strategy and game roadmap;
• Initiate ideas and directions for new games, define key mechanics and product positioning, and develop concepts in detail together with the Game Designer;
• Create GDDs and define requirements for Math, Art, Animation, and Development teams;
• Work with game mathematics, including RTP, volatility, hit rate, bonus frequency, Max Win, jackpots, and RTP breakdown;
• Prioritize the backlog and define tasks, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria;
• Coordinate the full production cycle of multiple games simultaneously;
• Collaborate with the Art Director to ensure the visual direction aligns with the overall product vision;
• Plan team resources and optimize the production pipeline;
• Control pre-release/release readiness, manage critical bugs, and participate in Go/No-Go decisions;
• Analyze competitors, market trends, and potential GEOs for new products;
• Maintain regular communication with the CEO and commercial team, including presenting concepts and explaining product decisions, priorities, and risks;
• Work effectively in a startup environment characterized by a fast pace, frequently changing priorities, multitasking, and decision-making under uncertainty;
• Demonstrate a high level of resilience and ownership, with the ability to respond quickly to critical product situations;
• Mentor Game Designers, Math, and Art teams and establish consistent product standards.
