Junior System Administrator

We are actively growing and expanding our team. We're looking for a proactive L1 System Administrator.
 

Responsibilities:

• IP telephony: configuration and support of the Vicidial / Asterisk cluster (SIP trunks, dial plans);
• Network infrastructure: administration of Mikrotik, firewall configuration, VLAN, OSPF, QoS, and load balancing;
• Servers and services:
  • Linux (Debian): administration of Docker, MySQL, Nextcloud, Samba;
  • Windows Server: Active Directory management, support of the terminal farm, updates, and server rollouts;
• Virtualization and backups: management of the VMware vSphere cluster, configuring backups via Veeam;
• Monitoring: infrastructure health monitoring using Zabbix and The Dude.
   

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Linux (Debian-based) and Windows Server (Active Directory);
• Understanding of network technologies and experience administering Mikrotik;
• Experience with IP telephony (Asterisk / Vicidial) will be an advantage;
• Skills in administering VMware vSphere and Veeam Backup;
• Ability to write basic scripts for automation (Bash, PowerShell, SQL).
   

Working conditions:

• Pay: fixed rate + monthly bonus.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
