IT Recruiter (Middle / Senior)

About the role:
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT/Tech roles (Software Engineers, QA, DevOps, PMs, etc.).

• Smart Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques beyond standard tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, X-Ray search, tech communities) to map out and engage passive candidates.
• Candidate Journey: Deliver an exceptional, warm, and transparent candidate experience from the first outreach to the offer stage.
• Pre-Onboarding Support: Partner with the HR team to ensure a seamless transition for new hires (assisting with initial paperwork and handoff, while HR handles full onboarding).
• Market Expertise: Stay ahead of tech hiring trends, provide market insights, and optimize sourcing pipelines.
  What We Expect From You
• Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in Tech/IT recruitment (agency or in-house).
• Tech Literacy: Deep understanding of the modern software development stack, roles, and technical terminology.
• Languages: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) English or higher — strong written and verbal skills are a must, as you’ll interact with international talent and clients.
• Proactivity: Self-managed approach, strong negotiation skills, and a genuine passion for connecting the right people with the right opportunities.
