We are looking for an experienced Head of Analytics to build and lead the analytics function for our Cards & Wallets business.

This is a strategic role focused on owning unit economics, pricing analytics, product profitability, and executive reporting. You will become the key analytical partner for the CCO, CFO, and executive leadership, providing a single source of truth for decision-making across products, pricing, and payment partners.

Key Responsibilities

1. Unit Economics & Pricing

  • Build and own transaction-level revenue and cost models across all Cards & Wallets products, including interchange, scheme fees, FX costs, wire transfer costs, provider fees, cost of funds, and referral payouts.
  • Analyze gross profit across products, customers, providers, BINs, and geographies.
  • Develop pricing simulations to evaluate tariff changes and customer migration scenarios before implementation, including financial impact, expected churn, and multiple business scenarios.
  • Own the financial analysis of the referral program, including commission structures, partner profitability, and return on investment.

2. End-to-End Analytics & Data Layer

  • Design and build an end-to-end analytical data layer, ensuring a single customer view across all systems through identity resolution.
  • Build and maintain analytical data marts from scratch.
  • Perform cohort analysis, retention analysis, customer lifetime value (LTV), and multi-product customer profitability analysis with a unified P&L view.
  • Analyze customer performance and profitability across products and customer segments.

3. Dashboards & Executive Reporting

  • Design and develop Tableau dashboards (or equivalent BI tools) from the ground up, creating business-critical tools used by executive and commercial teams on a daily basis.
  • Build executive reporting, including product P&L, Budget vs. Actual analysis, Price–Volume–Mix analysis, and quarterly forecasting.
  • Own executive dashboards and management reports for the CCO and CFO, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and actionable business insights.

4. Commercial Impact

  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear commercial recommendations for pricing, products, and strategic partnerships.
  • Present and defend analytical recommendations to commercial leadership and executive stakeholders.
  • Drive pricing and referral strategy through data-driven insights and financial analysis.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Analytics, including at least 3 years in FinTech or Payments (Card Issuing, Acquiring, PSP, Digital Wallets, or Neobanking).
  • Advanced SQL skills, including window functions, Common Table Expressions (CTEs), optimization of complex queries, working with large transactional datasets, and Data Lake environments.
  • Proven experience building end-to-end analytical data layers, from raw data sources through data marts to business metrics and executive dashboards. Experience implementing customer identity resolution across multiple systems (one customer – one identifier).
  • Strong expertise in payment unit economics, including transaction-level cost calculations (interchange, scheme fees, FX, provider fees, cost of funds) and gross profit analysis across products, BINs, and geographies.
  • Experience working with provider pricing sheets, designing and optimizing pricing models, and building pricing simulations on real customer portfolios to assess the financial impact of pricing changes.
  • Hands-on experience designing and building Tableau dashboards (or equivalent BI tools) from scratch—from business requirements and KPI definition to metrics, filters, dimensions, and intuitive user experience. Experience creating dashboards that serve as day-to-day decision-making tools for business teams.
  • Strong knowledge of management analytics, including cohort analysis, customer lifetime value (LTV), Budget vs. Actual analysis, and financial forecasting.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate analytical findings into business recommendations and confidently present them to the CCO, CFO, and commercial leadership.
  • English proficiency: B2 or higher (C1 preferred).

We Offer

  • A strategic leadership role with direct impact on business decisions.
  • The opportunity to build the analytics function from the ground up.
  • Close collaboration with the CCO, CFO, and executive leadership team.
  • A fully remote, full-time position within a fast-growing international FinTech company.
