Project Manager / Team Lead (iGaming Product)

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Team Lead to join our international product team and take ownership of the operational management of a white-label iGaming platform.

This is much more than a traditional Project Manager role. You'll be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, driving delivery, improving internal processes, and ensuring smooth project execution while working closely with leadership.

We are looking for someone with a strong ownership mindset who enjoys solving complex operational challenges, making decisions, and continuously improving the way teams work.

This role offers a clear growth path toward managing an entire business direction with the opportunity to grow into a CEO-level position in the future.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operational management of the project
• Plan, prioritize, and coordinate project activities and releases
• Work closely with leadership on roadmap planning and business priorities
• Coordinate the work of Support, CRM, Retention, Affiliate, Marketing, Operations, and other business teams.
• Manage project delivery from planning through successful release
• Track project timelines, risks, dependencies, and blockers
• Organize regular sync meetings and ensure execution of agreed action items
• Monitor team workload and optimize resource allocation
• Improve internal processes and delivery efficiency
• Prepare regular project reports and operational updates
• Participate in launching new features, markets, and strategic initiatives
• Gradually expand responsibilities toward business management

Requirements

• 3+ years of Project Management experience within iGaming, high-risk digital products, FinTech, or other fast-paced online businesses
• Experience managing cross-functional teams
• Strong delivery and stakeholder management skills
• Experience building and improving operational processes
• Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and make independent decisions
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ownership mindset with a proactive approach
• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher

Nice to have

• Experience with white-label platforms
• Understanding of digital product ecosystems, payment integrations, CRM solutions, partner management, or affiliate-driven products
• Experience working with international or distributed teams
• Knowledge of LATAM markets
• Experience working with external vendors and technology partners
• Understanding of product and operational KPIs
