Senior Accountant
Pine Software Technology Ltd is a software company specializing in trading technology solutions for regulated brokers and trading firms. We build SaaS products that support electronic trading, brokerage operations, risk management, and financial data analysis.
We are looking for a Senior Accountant .
Responsibilities
- Full ownership of end-to-end bookkeeping and month-end/year-end close
- Bank operations, AP/AR invoicing and reconciliation, intercompany settlements
- Cyprus payroll (14 employees), payroll taxes and social contributions
- VAT, TD7 and TD4 filings; transfer pricing forecasts and documentation
- Fixed assets & intangibles accounting
- Monthly TB/BS/P&L/GL review, cash flow forecasting, budgeting support
- Cost allocation and COGS calculation by product
- Lead annual statutory audit and liaise with auditors, tax/VAT consultants, banks
- Contributing to the preparation of management reporting
- Processing payments and data entry in the management system
- Supporting other finance department tasks as needed
Requirements
- 4-5 year as Accountant
- Strong IFRS knowledge (incl. intangibles)
- Proven ownership of full bookkeeping/close cycles, not just task execution
- Cyprus tax & payroll compliance experience (VAT, TD7, TD4)
- Multi-currency accounting (USD/EUR)
- Good knowledge of Excel; ERP experience (MS Business Central a plus)
- Experience with transfer pricing and multi-entity structures
