Brokerage Specialist (only Cyprus)

Statok is a Cyprus-based regulated brokerage firm specializing in providing access to the US Equities markets. In partnership with best-in-class brokers and fintech companies, we are building a modern, robust trading infrastructure to accommodate high-volume professional clients, both institutional and individual.

We are looking for a Brokerage Specialist based in Larnaca, Cyprus (onsite).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, assisting them with inquiries related to their accounts, transactions, and brokerage services.

• Provide detailed information and support regarding investment products, trade execution, and account maintenance.

• Address and resolve client issues promptly and professionally, escalating complex cases to appropriate departments if necessary.

• Monitor client positions and account statuses, including uploading client fund values to the web interface. Coordinate with the Operations and Trading departments on client account and transaction issues.

• Oversee and maintain the performance of trading software.

• Receive and transmit client trading orders through trading platforms (applicable only to candidates with a CySEC certificate and based in Cyprus).

• Communicate with external service vendors regarding trading and brokerage matters.

• Troubleshoot emergency cases with external vendors.

• Monitor and assess client risk limits based on the provided methodology.

• Receive and properly record client orders in relation to one or more financial instruments.

• Execute client orders in accordance with order parameters (price, quantity, etc.) determined by the client.

• Ensure adequacy of client funds and perform necessary checks before transmitting client orders for execution.

• Follow order handling policy at all times.

• Follow order execution policy at all times.

Requirements

• Experience in any kind of tech support, preferably in CIFs.

• Experience working with a ticketing system; Jira Service Management will be an advantage.

• Good to have experience in the banking or finance sector.

• English - Upper-Intermediate, Ukrainian - Native.

Nice to have

• CySEC certificate will be an advantage. You may also obtain the certificate during the 6-month probation period.

• Ability to work under pressure.

• Willingness to learn and research information.
