Senior Web Developer (Figma-to-Code)

We're a CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) focused agency helping clients turn high-performing designs into fast, reliable, revenue-driving websites and landing pages. We work from fully fleshed-out Figma files and need developers who can translate them into pixel-perfect, high-converting live pages — quickly and accurately.

About the role

We're hiring multiple Web Developers — all levels welcome — to join our growing team. You'll take complete Figma designs (already finalized by our design team) and build them into clean, responsive, production-ready pages. This is high-volume, fast-paced work, so attention to detail and speed both matter.

What you'll do

• Build pixel-perfect web pages and landing pages directly from finished Figma files
• Ensure full responsiveness across devices and browsers
• Implement CRO-friendly elements accurately (forms, A/B test variants, tracking snippets, popups, etc.)
• Maintain consistent code quality and reusable components across multiple client projects
• Work efficiently across several projects/clients in parallel
• Communicate with the design/PM team to clarify specs when needed

Requirements

• Experience turning Figma designs into pixel-perfect code (any level — Junior to Senior considered)
• Strong HTML5 and CSS3 (Flexbox/Grid) skills
• JavaScript proficiency (vanilla JS and/or a modern framework)
• Comfort working on landing pages / marketing sites, not just full apps
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines across multiple projects
• Intermediate English or better

Nice to have

• Experience with platforms like Webflow, WordPress, Shopify, or similar
• Experience with A/B testing tools (Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize successors, etc.)
• Familiarity with analytics/tracking setup (GTM, GA4, pixel implementation)
• Prior experience in a CRO or performance marketing agency
