π― About the Position
Weβre looking for an experienced Amazon Catalogue Manager / Operator to own our catalog operations end-to-end.
Youβll be responsible for keeping hundreds of ASINs healthy, compliant, optimized, and ready to scale across the US and international marketplaces.

Youβll work closely with PPC, design, copywriting, supply chain, and leadership teams.
π Requirements
β 2+ years of proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central catalogs at scale
β Strong knowledge of Amazon flat files, bulk uploads, templates, and variation logic
β Experience troubleshooting complex Amazon catalog issues
β Extremely detail-oriented, structured, and process-driven
β Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
β Ability to work proactively and independently
β Strong written and verbal English communication skills
β Comfortable working in a fast-moving, growth-focused, distributed team
π§ Responsibilities
π Catalog & Account Management
β’ Own Amazon Seller Central catalog operations end-to-end across US and international marketplaces
β’ Resolve daily catalog issues β listing suppressions, stranded inventory, broken variations, policy warnings, reinstatements β quickly and thoroughly
β’ Build and maintain parent-child relationships using flat files, bulk uploads, and templates
β’ Keep catalog health, compliance, and data consistency clean across all ASINs
βοΈ Listing Optimisation & Content
β’ Optimise titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords, images, and A+ Content for conversion and discoverability
β’ Coordinate content updates with designers, copywriters, and the PPC team to keep listings on-brand and high-performing
β’ Apply Amazon best practices and brand style guidelines consistently across the catalog
π Scaling & Marketplace Expansion
β’ Support new product launches β listing setup, variation strategy, compliance checks
β’ Help lead expansion into new marketplaces (EU/UK and beyond)
β’ Proactively spot opportunities to improve underperforming listings
π΅ Cost & Operational Efficiency
β’ Optimise packaging and product dimensions to stay under key FBA fee thresholds
β’ Monitor catalog-related cost drivers that can impact margins
β’ Identify and flag fee, compliance, and operational risks before they become costly
π€ Cross-Functional Collaboration
β’ Work closely with PPC, supply chain, design, copywriting, and leadership
β’ Create and maintain clear internal documentation and SOPs for catalog processes
β’ Communicate issues, risks, and opportunities proactively β no surprises
β Nice to Have
π Amazon PPC knowledge or hands-on PPC experience
ποΈ Experience with Walmart Seller Center or Shopify
π Experience working across EU/UK marketplaces
π° Familiarity with FBA fee structures and cost optimisation
π Experience helping scale a brand beyond $5M+ annual revenue
