HR Generalist / Recruiter (iGaming)

We are a product-driven iGaming company building and developing our own online entertainment platform.

We are now launching a new product direction focused on the CIS market and are building the core structure around it.

As our team grows, we are looking for a hands-on HR Generalist / Recruiter who will take ownership of both recruitment and core HR processes for this new direction.

This is a hybrid HR and recruitment role, combining hands-on hiring with day-to-day people operations and the development of clear, practical HR processes.

What you'll do:

• Own the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers and onboarding
• Own onboarding, adaptation and offboarding processes
• Recruit across Product, Tech, Marketing, Operations and other business functions
• Support 1:1s, regular feedback and performance review processes
• Maintain and improve core HR processes and employee information
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Support team engagement and internal communication
• Work directly with hiring managers and leadership on people-related topics
• Help shape the HR function as the team grows

What we're looking for:

• 2+ years of experience as an HR Generalist, HR Manager or HR/Recruiter
• Strong hands-on experience with full-cycle recruitment
• Experience in iGaming, affiliate marketing, media buying or another fast-paced digital business
• Experience with onboarding, employee lifecycle and core HR processes
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
• English at Intermediate level or above

Experience recruiting for iGaming, Marketing, Product or Tech roles will be a strong advantage.
