IT Recruiter and People Operations Specialist

Softvery Solutions is an international software development company working with clients across Europe and other markets.
We build dedicated development teams and digital products across web, mobile, AI, DevOps, QA and product development.

We are looking for an IT Recruiter & People Operations Specialist who will take ownership of our recruitment processes while gradually expanding into a broader People Operations role.
The role is ideal for a strong IT recruiter who enjoys working with people beyond the hiring stage and wants to grow further in HR and People Operations.

The expected focus of the role is approximately 60–70% Recruitment and 30–40% People Operations.

We are a relatively lean company, so ownership and independence are extremely important to us. We are looking for someone who does not simply execute assigned tasks, but notices what needs to be done, follows things through and proactively improves processes.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Hands-on experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer.
- Good understanding of common software development roles and technology stacks.
- Strong sourcing skills, including LinkedIn and other recruitment channels.
- Experience conducting HR and soft-skill interviews.
- Ability to manage several recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
-High level of organization and attention to detail.
Ability to independently follow up on tasks and agreements without constant supervision.
- English — B2 or higher.
- Comfortable working in a remote and international environment.

Responsibilities

- Own the full-cycle recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles.
- Work directly with the CEO, Project Managers and Tech Leads to clarify hiring requirements.
- Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, internal databases and other channels.
- Conduct initial HR and soft-skill interviews.
- Clearly present Softvery, client projects, teams and hiring processes to candidates.
- Coordinate technical interviews, client interviews, test assignments and feedback.
- Maintain timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain structured and up-to-date recruitment pipelines in PeopleForce.
- Maintain reusable candidate pools for recurring technical roles.
- Support internal hiring as well as recruitment for client and outstaffing requests.
- Maintain complete and accurate employee information in PeopleForce.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Track vacations, sick leave and other absences together with accounting.
- Conduct regular one-to-one meetings and maintain follow-ups.
- Support performance and salary review cycles.
- Support employee engagement and internal HR activities.

Nice to Have

- Experience with PeopleForce, HURMA or another system.
- Interest in growing from recruitment into a broader People Operations / HR Generalist role.
