We are a company with over 7 years of experience developing our own private label brands in the cosmetics and supplements niches.

Our project operates on Amazon US, CA, and AU, with 15–20 active SKUs and 8 unique products. We regularly develop our existing assortment and launch new products.

 

πŸš€ About the role

 

We are looking for an Amazon Marketplace Manager to take ownership of the account’s daily operational and technical management.

You will keep listings and the catalog up to date, coordinate content updates, improve conversion, resolve technical issues with Amazon, monitor advertising performance, coordinate product launches, and establish structured processes and reporting.

You will work closely with a PPC specialist, a designer, and a compliance specialist. You will have team support for new product launches, with an existing launch process already in place.

This role requires hands-on Seller Central experience, the ability to identify problems independently, propose solutions, and follow tasks through to completion.

 

❗ We are considering only candidates who speak Russian or Ukrainian for day-to-day team communication.

πŸ“Œ Seller Central and catalog management

❇️ Create and update listings.

❇️ Manage titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend search terms, and product attributes.

❇️ Upload and update images, videos, A+ Content, Premium A+, and Brand Story.

❇️ Create and edit parent-child variations.

❇️ Work with flat files and bulk catalog updates.

❇️ Resolve suppressed and inactive listing issues, as well as stranded inventory issues.

❇️ Resolve issues with categories, browse nodes, attributes, and variations.

❇️ Ensure information displays correctly on product detail pages.

❇️ Work with Brand Registry and other Amazon tools.

 

🎨 Listing content and conversion

❇️ Conduct regular listing audits.

❇️ Analyze competitors, their positioning, content, reviews, and competitive advantages.

❇️ Prepare clear design briefs for images, infographics, and A+ Content.

❇️ Create and update written content.

❇️ Ensure content complies with Amazon requirements.

❇️ Analyze CTR, Unit Session Percentage, conversion, returns, reviews, and Voice of the Customer.

❇️ Develop hypotheses for improving listings.

❇️ Run and analyze A/B tests through Manage Your Experiments.

❇️ Ensure agreed changes are implemented.

❇️ Create and manage Seller Support cases and make support calls.

❇️ Prepare requests, supporting documents, and clear arguments.

❇️ Escalate unresolved issues.

❇️ Follow cases through to full resolution.

❇️ Resolve issues related to the catalog, content display, inbound inventory receiving, and lost inventory.

❇️ Maintain a knowledge base of cases and solutions for recurring issues.

❇️ Maintain a launch checklist.

❇️ Create and prepare listings.

❇️ Coordinate copy, images, A+ Content, and other launch materials.

❇️ Assign tasks to the designer and other specialists.

❇️ Ensure products are ready to launch on Amazon.

❇️ Coordinate launches with the PPC specialist.

❇️ Oversee coupons, promotions, and other promotional tools.

❇️ Monitor post-launch results.

Independently managing advertising campaigns is not required.

❇️ Monitor overall advertising effectiveness.

❇️ Communicate regularly with the PPC specialist.

❇️ Analyze ACoS, TACoS, ROAS, CTR, CVR, spend, and sales.

❇️ Identify issues and assign tasks to the PPC specialist.

❇️ Track the implementation of agreed changes.

❇️ Assess advertising results alongside listing conversion, organic rankings, and inventory levels.

❇️ Contribute to promotion strategies for new and existing products.

❇️ Prepare weekly account performance reports.

❇️ Monitor sales, traffic, conversion, advertising, and inventory levels.

❇️ Maintain a list of issues, risks, and priorities.

❇️ Maintain a task board for ongoing work.

❇️ Prepare recommendations for product development and growth.

❇️ Evaluate the results of implemented changes.

Each report should include conclusions, priorities, and specific recommendations for next steps.

Depending on your experience, your responsibilities may also include:
