We are a company with over 7 years of experience developing our own private label brands in the cosmetics and supplements niches.
Our project operates on Amazon US, CA, and AU, with 15β20 active SKUs and 8 unique products. We regularly develop our existing assortment and launch new products.
π About the role
We are looking for an Amazon Marketplace Manager to take ownership of the accountβs daily operational and technical management.
You will keep listings and the catalog up to date, coordinate content updates, improve conversion, resolve technical issues with Amazon, monitor advertising performance, coordinate product launches, and establish structured processes and reporting.
You will work closely with a PPC specialist, a designer, and a compliance specialist. You will have team support for new product launches, with an existing launch process already in place.
This role requires hands-on Seller Central experience, the ability to identify problems independently, propose solutions, and follow tasks through to completion.

π Requirements
β At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central.
β Experience working with Amazon US.
β Experience independently managing listings and catalogs.
β A solid understanding of Amazon catalog structure.
β Experience creating and updating listings, variations, and A+ Content.
β Ability to work with flat files.
β Experience resolving technical issues through Seller Support.
β Understanding of the factors that influence CTR and conversion.
β Basic understanding of Amazon PPC.
β Ability to analyze data and turn insights into specific actions.
β Strong written English and intermediate spoken English for communicating with Amazon support.
β Strong attention to detail.

βοΈ Create and update listings.
βοΈ Manage titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend search terms, and product attributes.
βοΈ Upload and update images, videos, A+ Content, Premium A+, and Brand Story.
βοΈ Create and edit parent-child variations.
βοΈ Work with flat files and bulk catalog updates.
βοΈ Resolve suppressed and inactive listing issues, as well as stranded inventory issues.
βοΈ Resolve issues with categories, browse nodes, attributes, and variations.
βοΈ Ensure information displays correctly on product detail pages.
βοΈ Work with Brand Registry and other Amazon tools.
π¨ Listing content and conversion
βοΈ Conduct regular listing audits.
βοΈ Analyze competitors, their positioning, content, reviews, and competitive advantages.
βοΈ Prepare clear design briefs for images, infographics, and A+ Content.
βοΈ Create and update written content.
βοΈ Ensure content complies with Amazon requirements.
βοΈ Analyze CTR, Unit Session Percentage, conversion, returns, reviews, and Voice of the Customer.
βοΈ Develop hypotheses for improving listings.
βοΈ Run and analyze A/B tests through Manage Your Experiments.
βοΈ Ensure agreed changes are implemented.
π Amazon support
βοΈ Create and manage Seller Support cases and make support calls.
βοΈ Prepare requests, supporting documents, and clear arguments.
βοΈ Escalate unresolved issues.
βοΈ Follow cases through to full resolution.
βοΈ Resolve issues related to the catalog, content display, inbound inventory receiving, and lost inventory.
βοΈ Maintain a knowledge base of cases and solutions for recurring issues.
π New product launches
βοΈ Maintain a launch checklist.
βοΈ Create and prepare listings.
βοΈ Coordinate copy, images, A+ Content, and other launch materials.
βοΈ Assign tasks to the designer and other specialists.
βοΈ Ensure products are ready to launch on Amazon.
βοΈ Coordinate launches with the PPC specialist.
βοΈ Oversee coupons, promotions, and other promotional tools.
βοΈ Monitor post-launch results.
π PPC coordination
Independently managing advertising campaigns is not required.
βοΈ Monitor overall advertising effectiveness.
βοΈ Communicate regularly with the PPC specialist.
βοΈ Analyze ACoS, TACoS, ROAS, CTR, CVR, spend, and sales.
βοΈ Identify issues and assign tasks to the PPC specialist.
βοΈ Track the implementation of agreed changes.
βοΈ Assess advertising results alongside listing conversion, organic rankings, and inventory levels.
βοΈ Contribute to promotion strategies for new and existing products.
π Analytics and reporting
βοΈ Prepare weekly account performance reports.
βοΈ Monitor sales, traffic, conversion, advertising, and inventory levels.
βοΈ Maintain a list of issues, risks, and priorities.
βοΈ Maintain a task board for ongoing work.
βοΈ Prepare recommendations for product development and growth.
βοΈ Evaluate the results of implemented changes.
Each report should include conclusions, priorities, and specific recommendations for next steps.
