Python Developer — AI / Code Evaluation

We are looking for a Mid-Level Python Developer who has a strong understanding of code and wants to work on AI solutions.
You will work with artificial intelligence systems that are trained to understand, analyze, compare, and improve code.

The primary language is Python. You must also be able to read and analyze code written in Java, Scala, and Rust. Your Responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate program code;
- Work with Python code and verify its quality;
- Read and understand code written in Java, Scala, and Rust;
- Compare different implementation options and determine the best one;
- Identify bugs, logical errors, and potential issues;
- Explain why a particular solution is correct or incorrect;
- Modify and improve existing code;
- Work with various coding tasks and examples used to 
- Help improve the quality of AI systems’ work with source code. 
What’s Important to Us
- 3+ years of experience in software development;
- Proficiency in Python;
- A solid understanding of algorithms and data structures;
- The ability to quickly understand others’ code;
- Experience with debugging and code reviews;
- Strong Git skills;
- Knowledge of clean code principles and software engineering;
- English at the B2 level

The following would be a plus
Experience with Java, Scala, Rust, or AI/ML;
Experience evaluating or testing AI-generated code;
Interest in LLMs and AI coding tools.
