Talent Sourcer

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing candidates for roles in Gambling, iGaming, and Affiliate Marketing.
• Using LinkedIn, Telegram, job platforms, Boolean Search, and X-Ray Search.
• Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline.
• Conducting initial candidate screenings.
• Creating personalized outreach messages.
• Collaborating with recruiters and moving qualified candidates through the hiring pipeline.
• Maintaining the candidate database and keeping information up to date in the ATS.
• Testing new sourcing channels and AI-powered tools.
   

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Talent Sourcer.
• Understanding of iGaming, affiliate marketing, and Media Buying specifics will be a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in Boolean Search, social media sourcing, and direct search methods.
• Experience working with ATS platforms.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• A proactive, organized, and results-oriented approach.
