Marketing Project Manager

UnderDefense is looking for a Project Manager who will bring structure, predictability, and stronger execution to our Marketing team.

A key part of this role is process optimization and automation: we need someone who can identify inefficient workflows, redesign them, and use AI/tools to reduce manual work.

What you’ll do

• Manage multiple marketing initiatives: campaigns, content, GTM, product marketing.
• Own planning, prioritization, backlog, deadlines, and execution.
• Build and improve team workflows.
• Identify bottlenecks and inefficient processes and drive their optimization.
• Automate repetitive processes using AI and other tools.
• Track workload, blockers, risks, KPIs, and delivery metrics.
• Coordinate Marketing with Sales, Product, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure accountability and predictable delivery across the team.

What we’re looking for

• 2+ years of Project Management experience.
• Hands-on experience improving and optimizing processes with measurable results.
• Experience implementing automation and AI tools into workflows.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams of 10+ people.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and PM principles.
• Experience with Jira or similar tools.
• Strong planning, prioritization, and resource management skills.
• Structured thinking, ownership, attention to detail, and comfort with changing priorities.
