Counsel

We are a company operating in the high-risk sector. As part of our business expansion, we are looking for a lawyer who will be responsible for the corporate structure, tax planning, and legal support for the group of companies.
 
Responsibilities
 

• Selection of nominee services (nominee directors) in various jurisdictions
• Analyzing jurisdictions and preparing recommendations for incorporating companies to meet specific business objectives
• Developing and optimizing the structure of a group of companies with consideration of the tax burden
• Preparing and managing agreements with payment service providers (PSPs) and NDAs
• Maintaining day-to-day legal document

 
Requirements
 

• At least 3 years of experience in the high-risk sector (gambling, cryptocurrency, forex, or related industries with similar characteristics)
• Understanding of the specifics of corporate structures in high-risk businesses
• Experience in building and optimizing group company structures
• Ability to independently propose solutions and justify them
• Willingness to collaborate with international businesses
