About the Project

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a project focused on use case onboarding, data modelling, and data governance within the pharmaceutical and life sciences domain.

The role will focus on translating real-world datasets into governed entity models, representing business demand, and ensuring that platform capabilities are developed around genuine business use cases.

Responsibilities

• Convert real datasets into governed entity model instances
• Represent the demand side of the platform and translate business needs into relevant use cases
• Ensure platform capabilities are aligned with genuine business requirements
• Work closely with stakeholders, including data governance teams
• Contribute to data modelling and governance activities
   

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
• Fluent English
• Strong understanding of data modelling concepts, including entities, properties, relationships, cardinality, and grain
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
• Proven stakeholder management experience, including collaboration with data governance functions
• Sufficient technical proficiency to work with command-line tools and YAML
• Proven proficiency with an AI coding agent, or the ability to demonstrate equivalent proficiency within two weeks

Nice to Have

• Experience with Collibra or a comparable data governance platform
• Knowledge of AI tooling and data governance solutions
