Engineering Manager / Team Lead

We are looking for a Nearshore Engineering Team to join a Global Accounting platform and take ownership of the successful delivery of the agreed scope.

The team will work on developing and evolving platform components, combining modern backend development with cloud technologies and modern engineering practices
Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the nearshore development team
• Take responsibility for successful delivery of agreed project increments
• Coordinate with the Product Owner and client team
• Ensure effective communication between the nearshore team and the client
• Develop a strong understanding of the functional and technical requirements
• Support the team in maintaining delivery, quality and technical standards
