Customer Success Manager (North America)
Streamline is an AI-driven supply chain planning platform used by more than 2,000 companies across 51 countries. We help manufacturers, distributors, and retailers decide what to produce, order, and keep in stock.
We are growing our team and looking for a proactive, customer-focused Customer Success Manager with strong judgment, high standards, and a point of view of their own. In this role, you will manage and develop relationships with customers and partners, primarily in North America.
You will take ownership of a customer portfolio after implementation, helping customers adopt Streamline, achieve measurable value, and build long-term partnerships with us. This role requires strong communication, independence, responsiveness, and the ability to recognize customer needs and risks before they become problems.

What you’ll do
- Manage a portfolio of customers throughout the post-implementation lifecycle.
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned customers.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and understand their goals, processes, and challenges.
- Conduct product training, regular check-ins, QBRs, and other customer meetings.
- Monitor customer health, engagement, and product adoption.
- Proactively identify customer risks, blockers, and signs of disengagement.
- Follow up on customer questions, requests, and issues, coordinating with Support, Product, Development, Implementation, and other teams.
- Help customers connect their business needs with relevant Streamline capabilities.
- Identify opportunities to improve product adoption and increase customer value.
- Support customer retention, renewals, and account expansion.
- Collect customer feedback and share relevant insights with internal teams.
- Identify opportunities for case studies, testimonials, and other customer advocacy activities.
- Keep customer information, activities, tasks, and follow-ups accurate and up to date in HubSpot and Vitally.
- Maintain prompt and consistent communication with customers and internal teams throughout the working day.
What we’re looking for
- At least three years of previous experience in Customer Success, Account Management, B2B SaaS, or another customer-facing role.
- Excellent spoken and written English at C1 level or higher.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in leading customer meetings and product training.
- A proactive approach: you identify the next step and take action without waiting for instructions or customer requests.
- A strong sense of ownership and accountability for your customers and tasks.
- The ability to build trusted relationships and keep conversations engaging and productive.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple customers and priorities.
- The ability to understand customers’ business processes and connect their challenges with relevant product capabilities.
- Independence in day-to-day work and confidence escalating risks or blockers when necessary.
- The ability to collaborate effectively with Support, Sales, Product, Development, and Implementation teams.
- Availability to work hours that sufficiently overlap with North American customers.
- Experience or strong knowledge of supply chain planning, demand planning, inventory management, forecasting, ERP systems, or related business processes.
Nice to have
- Experience working with North American customers.
- Experience conducting software training, onboarding sessions, QBRs, or customer workshops.
- Experience with HubSpot, Vitally, Jira, or similar tools.
- Experience supporting renewals, identifying churn risks, or finding expansion opportunities.
- Experience collecting customer stories, testimonials, or case studies.
- Basic technical knowledge and the ability to investigate customer issues before escalating them.
