About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Head of IT Operations to take full operational ownership of the company's internal IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for the smooth running of IT services for a distributed team across 14+ countries, will manage our IT administrators, and will drive the development of our internal IT processes.

Responsibilities

Own operational management of the company's internal IT infrastructure

Lead the team of IT administrators (assign tasks, oversee execution, support team growth)

Ensure the uninterrupted operation of corporate services and systems for 100+ employees across 14 countries

Organize and manage IT support for end users

Manage corporate accounts: Google Workspace, Ringostat, HubSpot, NetSuite

Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding (equipment, account, and access setup)

Manage IT assets (equipment, licenses, subscriptions)

Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures

Monitor and ensure the availability of internal services

Plan the IT operations budget and optimize costs

Collaborate with the CIO on strategic IT initiatives

Work with the Information Security Manager on the rollout of security policies

Requirements

3+ years of experience in IT operations or system administration

2+ years of experience managing an IT team

Administration-level experience with Linux and Windows

Strong knowledge of Google Workspace

Experience working with ERP/CRM systems

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

Experience managing IT assets and licenses

Understanding of networking technologies, VPN, DNS, and core information security principles

Experience building or improving IT processes

English — Upper-Intermediate level or higher

Independent, proactive, and able to work autonomously in a remote environment

Nice to Have

Administration-level knowledge of AWS services

Experience implementing ITSM systems (Jira Service Management, Freshservice, etc.)

Certifications: ITIL, AWS Cloud Practitioner, Google Workspace Admin
