Senior Retention Manager / CRM ( UK Market)

We are building a new UK-focused online IGaming product and are looking for a strong Senior CRM & Retention Manager to join the core team at an early stage.

This is not a role where you will inherit a fully established CRM machine and simply manage an existing campaign calendar. You will have the opportunity to shape the retention function itself, define player lifecycle logic, build segmentation and communication frameworks, and influence how the product approaches player engagement from day one.

The project is backed by a holding company with experience in the iGaming industry, operational resources, and investment capacity to support the product's growth.

Your scope will include:

• Retention and CRM strategy
• Player lifecycle management
• Segmentation and personalization
• CRM campaigns and automation
• Reactivation and churn prevention
• Bonus and promotional mechanics
• Retention analytics and KPI ownership
• A/B testing and campaign optimization
• Cross-functional work with Product, Payments, and Support
• Building the retention function and, over time, the team
  
  What we are looking for:
• Strong experience in iGaming +2 years
• Hands-on experience in CRM and retention
• Strong understanding of player lifecycle and segmentation
• Experience with CRM campaigns, reactivation, and bonus mechanics
• Data-driven mindset and confidence working with retention metrics
• Ability to build processes from scratch
