Producer

Wow-How Studio is an international creative production studio specializing in animation and visual content. We create 2D/3D animation, motion design, video, CGI, and other digital content for international clients. Our in-house creative team works on projects end-to-end — from concept development to production and final delivery.

We are looking for a Producer who will take ownership of client projects from kick-off to final delivery, coordinate the creative team, and make sure the production process runs smoothly.

What you’ll do

Project delivery

• Own projects end-to-end, from kick-off to final delivery
• Plan and maintain project timelines, milestones, resources, and priorities
• Coordinate several projects simultaneously and keep them moving according to plan
• Monitor deadlines, scope, revision rounds, hours, and budgets
• Anticipate risks and blockers, communicate them early, and find solutions

• Keep project documentation, schedules, and statuses accurate and easy for the team to follow

   

Client communication

• Communicate with international clients via email and calls throughout the project
• Keep clients informed about progress, decisions, risks, and next steps
• Collect, clarify, and structure client feedback and turn it into clear, actionable direction for the creative team
• Make sure all necessary materials, references, feedback, and approvals arrive on time
• Handle conversations around timelines, feedback, scope, revisions, and expectations confidently and constructively
• Understand each client’s workflow, preferences, stakeholders, and approval process

• Identify new client needs and potential opportunities

   

Team & creative quality

• Prepare clear briefs for artists, designers, animators, and other creative specialists
• Make sure everyone understands their responsibilities, priorities, and deadlines
• Coordinate resources and help balance workloads across projects
• Review work internally before it reaches the client and maintain the quality bar throughout production

• Make sure the final delivery meets both the brief and Wow-How standards

   

Scoping & estimation

• Participate in scoping and estimating new projects together with Sales and Production teams
• Help define project requirements, timelines, resources, and scope
   

What we’re looking for

• Experience in project management, production, coordination, account/project management, or a similar role
• Experience managing several projects simultaneously
• Experience working with international clients
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Flexibility and ability to adapt when priorities or project requirements change
• Ability to prioritize, solve problems, and work independently
• Strong ownership and attention to detail

• English — B2+, with confidence in written communication and client calls

   

2+ years of experience is a guideline, not a strict requirement. We’re open to candidates with less experience if they have strong relevant skills and potential.

It would be a plus

• Experience in a creative, digital, marketing, video, or production agency
• Previous experience as a Producer or Creative Producer
• Experience working with designers, artists, animators, or other creative teams
• Understanding of animation, motion design, 2D/3D, video, or CGI production

• Experience managing creative projects from concept to final delivery
