Project Manager/Lead Architect

We are looking for Project Manager/Lead Architect for one of our clients. Senior hands-on lead responsible for the overall project delivery, technical architecture, governance, and stakeholder management of the Renovate platform rollout.

Project Details

·      End: 15 December 2026 (including option for extension)

·      Location model: Nearshore only

·      Remote assignment

·      German client in the energy sector

·      Agile setup

Key Responsibilities:

·      Define the target architecture for a large-scale Renovate deployment

·      Establish central configuration standards, update policies, and governance models

·      Drive project planning, prioritization, and rollout waves

·      Coordinate platform operations, security teams, development teams, and management

·      Ensure compliance, credential management, and security requirements

·      Review technical implementations and coach engineering teams

·      Validate concepts through prototypes and architectural proof-of-concepts

Required Skills:

·      Extensive experience managing large-scale technical transformation projects

·      Strong GitLab expertise (CI/CD, API, permissions model)

·      Hands-on experience with Renovate

·      Architecture background in distributed and scalable Kubernetes-based environments

·      Knowledge of software supply chain security and vulnerability management

·      Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills

·      Ability to combine architecture ownership with hands-on technical work
