Marketing / Visual Designer

We are looking for a  Marketing / Visual Designer to join our team and create high-quality visual content across social media, presentations, email campaigns, and other marketing channels. You will work closely with marketers, content managers, and copywriters to bring brand messaging to life through strong, consistent visual design.
 

Hard Skills
 

• Proficiency in Figma, Canva, Google Workspace (particularly Google Slides), and Movavi (or similar tools for basic video editing)
   
• Solid understanding of graphic design fundamentals, including composition, typography, and visual hierarchy
   
• Ability to work within brand guidelines while maintaining and evolving a consistent visual identity
   
• Understanding of design best practices across different communication channels, including social media, presentations, email marketing, and web
   
• Ability to adapt designs to different formats, platforms, and technical requirements
   
• Willingness to learn and adopt new tools, technologies, and AI-powered solutions
   

Responsibilities
 

• Create visual assets for social media, including banners, carousels, stories, and infographics, following brand guidelines, platform requirements, and marketing objectives
   
• Create short promotional videos
   
• Design presentations, one-pagers, PDF materials, sales collateral, and other marketing assets
   
• Develop visual materials for email campaigns, blogs, Substack, and other content platforms
   
• Create visual assets for internal communications
   
• Prepare production-ready files for digital publishing according to platform specifications
   
• Leverage AI tools to generate ideas, create and optimize visual content
   

Soft Skills
 

• Ability to estimate workload, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
   
• Strong collaboration skills with marketers, content managers, and copywriters
   
• Openness to constructive feedback and ability to incorporate revisions efficiently
   
• Ability to propose new design solutions
   
• Strong motivation for continuous learning and mastering new technologies
