Product Manager

Product

We're looking for a Product Manager to own our university-facing features. This is a unique opportunity to own a complete side of our marketplace: the fast-growing university segment where we're adding 150+ new institutions in 2026 alone, enabling millions of students to optimally perform in their job search. You'll work directly with sales, customer success and engineering to ship enterprise features that our university partners depend on.

What you'll actually do

You'll own the full lifecycle of university features, from discovery to launch.

  • Work on the university side of the platform - You'll manage and execute on features that universities need to serve their students effectively. This includes career management tools, data and analytics capabilities, engagement features, and integrations. Your job is to ship high-quality enterprise features that drive adoption and retention.
  • Manage stakeholders at universities - Join customer calls, gather requirements from career services teams, coordinate feature requests across multiple institutions. You'll translate what universities need into clear product requirements and ship solutions that work at scale.
  • Execute end-to-end - You won't just create user stories and PRDs. You will SHIP features! You'll work side-by-side with engineers to ensure features ship on time and meet enterprise standards (GDPR compliance, SSO integrations, data exports, etc.). This is not a role where you write slides for stakeholders. You own it end-to-end.
  • Leverage AI tools for speed - You'll use cutting-edge AI tools (Claude, Cursor, v0, Lovable, etc.) to move faster: prototyping interfaces, generating documentation, automating workflows, and most importantly ship features by yourself.
  • Track adoption and usage - Monitor how universities use features, identify problems early, coordinate with customer success on training and rollout. You'll use advanced SQL and product analytics tools to understand feature performance and iterate quickly.

What we're looking for

Must-haves:

  • 2-4 years in product management - You've shipped B2B or enterprise features before. You understand stakeholder management, requirement gathering, and working with customers who pay real money.
  • AI-native product approach - You're on top of the latest AI technologies for product management: Claude Code, Claude Design, MCP Protocols. You use these tools daily to move from ideation through design to execution faster than traditional PMs. This is the pace we work at, and it's demanding but extremely rewarding.
  • Strong execution skills - You're detail-oriented, organized, and can manage multiple features in parallel. You don't need hand-holding to get things done.
  • Comfortable with enterprise B2B dynamics - You understand things like SSO, GDPR, data exports, customizations, and why enterprise customers need these. Bonus if you've worked with universities or educational institutions.
  • SQL and analytics experience - You can query data yourself, build dashboards, and understand how features are being used without waiting for someone else.
  • Excellent stakeholder management - You can talk to customers, gather requirements, say no when needed, and manage expectations. Universities can be demanding. You need to handle it professionally.
  • Fluent English - Written and verbal. Essential for this role.

Strong signals:

  • You have shipped features and automations in practice, not just written PRDs
  • You've worked in B2B SaaS or educational technology before
  • Experience with localization/internationalization of products
  • You've managed integrations or technical B2B features
  • You're comfortable working with remote dev teams

What this role is NOT

Let's be clear about expectations:

  • โŒ Not a job at the bottom of the org - You'll work closely with the CEO, sales leadership and customer success team, and need to join university calls during European hours.
  • โŒ Not a laid-back 9-to-5 - Universities have deadlines (semester starts, recruitment seasons, academic calendars). When they need something, we ship. That means occasional intense periods.
  • โŒ Not a corporate PM role - We're a startup. This is not a role where you provide slides to "stakeholders." You own end-to-end execution. You'll have more freedom and ownership than a big company, but also more ambiguity and higher expectations. We ship fast and iterate.

What you get

  • Report directly to the CEO/CPO (co-founder) - real mentorship and visibility into strategic decisions
  • Work with top global universities (Oxford, LBS, Berkeley etc.) as we scale to 250+ institutions next year
  • Unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology in a massive sector to build a category leader
  • Exposure to AI-native product development and modern tooling
  • Room to grow as we expand to more markets and institutions
