About the company

SaaS product, profitable, growth stage. A small American-Ukrainian product team has a few data retrieval services (e.g., VIN lookup) and several psychological tests and quizzes. Working with the US and EU markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage socials: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Twitter/X
• Produce AI-generated video content (e.g. for TikTok)
• Manage content calendars and scheduled posting across multiple brands simultaneously
• Coordinate with the Business Reputation Manager on Reddit and other reputation-sensitive channels for posting/other possible actions
• Conduct ongoing competitor research to inform content strategy and formats

Requirements

• Hands-on experience running accounts on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Twitter/X
• Comfortable being on camera - presenting, talking to an audience, hosting short-form content OR skills of generating realistic human-like videos with AI
• Experience with AI video generation tools (or strong willingness to learn/adopt them)
• Skills of managing multiple brands/accounts in parallel
• Understanding of brand reputation dynamics on platforms like Reddit, or willingness to work closely with someone who owns that
• Strong competitor research skills
• English C1

Nice to have

• Background in "utility + subscription" niches (VIN check, property lookup, IQ tests, similar quiz apps)
