Product Operations Manager
Who We Are
Gravira is a Ukraine-founded iGaming startup focused on Tier-1 markets: Canada, EU, and Australia. We build fast, automate wherever practical, and value clarity over complexity.
Why Gravira
- Startup pace — quick decisions, clear communication, and direct access to leadership.
- AI in everyday work — ChatGPT, Claude, AI agents, and Notion automations.
- Remote always — work from anywhere, with core hours 09:00–17:00 Kyiv time.
- Real ownership — take responsibility for processes, delivery, and visible improvements.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Product Operations Manager to drive product tasks, coordinate teams, and improve day-to-day operations.
Your initial focus will be managing our QA function: local and remote testers, testing processes, PWA flows, and release readiness. Alongside this, you’ll work with stakeholders and our platform partner on requirements, feature requests, and delivery — taking tasks from the initial request through testing and release.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate tasks across Product, Development, Platform, QA, Design, Affiliate, CRM, and other stakeholders; manage priorities, dependencies, and deadlines.
- Turn stakeholder requests into clear feature requests and concise PRDs with user flows, expected behaviour, and acceptance criteria.
- Own communication with platform developers: clarify requirements, review technical requirements documents (TRDs), resolve gaps, coordinate approval, and lead meetings and demos.
- Manage daily QA operations across local and remote testers: plan workloads, assign tasks, follow up on execution, and maintain clear testing standards.
- Organize daily smoke tests, regression, and feature testing across staging and production; personally validate key casino flows when needed.
- Own PWA and acquisition-link testing across devices and GEOs: redirects, installation, login, registration, deposits, and return visits. Ensure links have documented test results before traffic launches.
- Maintain Product and QA workspaces in Notion: task boards, test cases, test runs, bug reports, evidence, and PWA link statuses.
- Reproduce issues, write actionable bug reports, prioritize fixes, escalate blockers, and follow through on retesting and closure.
- Coordinate feature releases: confirm testing coverage and readiness, communicate risks and release status, and organize checks after launch.
- Research competitors, map player journeys, and identify improvements to casino flows and user experience.
- Use AI tools and agents to streamline requirements, documentation, reporting, and recurring operations, checking outputs against product context.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years in Project Management, Product Operations, Product Ownership, or a similar delivery role. iGaming experience is required.
- Strong understanding of casino products and player journeys: registration, deposits, games, bonuses, wagering, and withdrawals.
- Practical QA experience, including manual testing, bug reporting, and coordinating testers and releases; enough technical understanding to investigate issues with developers.
- Experience writing feature requests and acceptance criteria, reviewing technical documentation, and working directly with platform or development teams.
- Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, the product development lifecycle, and prioritization based on impact, effort, and dependencies.
- Strong hands-on Notion skills — databases, relations, views, templates, and automations for managing tasks and documentation.
- Practical experience with ChatGPT, Claude, and AI agents — building repeatable workflows, providing relevant context, and validating results.
- English B2+ — comfortable with documentation, written communication, and meetings with platform partners.
- An ownership mindset: organize work independently, surface risks early, and follow tasks through to completion.
Nice to Have
- Experience coordinating affiliate, media buying, or technical integration teams, including teams acquiring users through Meta (Facebook and Instagram).
- Familiarity with Keitaro, Binom, or similar trackers: campaign links, redirects, tracking parameters, and conversion postbacks.
- Experience with PWA builders, pre-landers, and landing pages; understanding how users move from an ad through tracking and PWA flows into a casino product.
- Figma skills for mapping user journeys and reviewing UX flows.
What You’ll Get
- A remote role with ownership across product operations, QA, and delivery.
- 20 paid vacation days and sick days.
- Mentorship and direct access to leadership.
The opportunity to improve how teams work and see the impact of the features you help deliver.
Hiring Process
- 30-minute intro call with our recruiter.
- Interview with the Head of Product.
- Optional task from the Head of Product.
- Final call with the CEO.
- Offer within 48 hours.
So
You won’t inherit a product where everything has already been decided. You’ll have the authority to challenge assumptions, rebuild journeys, test new approaches and directly influence business performance. You’ll work closely with company leadership and functional Heads, with access to the data and teams needed to make decisions. This role is a strong fit if you want to own more than a roadmap — and are ready to own the connection between player value, product quality and company revenue. Strong people create stronger outcomes. That’s our Gravity of Luck.
